This viewpoint is east of White Pass along State Highway 12. I have stopped here numerous times to gaze at two waterfalls on Clear Creek. The water of Upper Clear Creek Falls, a veiling horsetail, seems to avoid gravity before dropping off about 75 feet into the pool. Best views are about 100 feet upstream from the restroom. The fence is provided for a real reason, stay behind it!
Although downstream nearby, Clear Creek Falls is best seen from another viewpoint about 0.8 mile east along State Highway 12.
