Lough Ouler is a corrie lake situated East of Tonelagee and North of Glendalough in County Wicklow. It is also known as the "heart-shaped lake".
Tonelagee is an Anglicisation of Tóin na Gaoith, or "backside of the wind".
To log this Virtual, you need to undertake an uphill hike to the published co-ordinates & take a photo as specified below.
The Hike
To hike to the published co-ordinates, you need to prepare and be equipped for an unsheltered hike over soft bog. The descriptions for the following caches contain route suggestions, trailheads, waypoints, etc. which should inform your decisions.

- taken from the published co-ordinates
- a thumbs-up sign in foreground
- Lough Ouler clearly visible in the background
Any photo lacking these elements will not suffice and your Found It log will be declined.
