The title given to this geocache is not the name of the painting you see at Ground Zero. The title is my interpretation of what I'm seeing in the painting. I am not certain who painted this electrical box. I have discovered that there were 86 electrical boxes painted from 2008 to 2011 by a couple dozen different artists.
This is a winter friendly hide. Watch out for muggles. Consider coming another time if there are eyes watching you. Bring a pen to sign the logbook. Enjoy!
