This cache is about the place. After finding the cache, go up the stairs and turn right onto the cobbled area. You will be standing on the remains of the east side of the Superior Viaduct. The bridge was opened in the late 19th century. It was the city's first high level bridge to cross the Cuyahoga river. I am including two web links for you to read more about this bridge. Since this is a hide in the city, I am including a spoiler as a hint..
