GEOCACHING DESCRIPTION

2 APRIL 2022, 04:00 - 06:00

Come join us for some family conversations, sharing of geocaching experiences and meet some other local cachers. This is a good time for new and veteran cachers and a great time to ask any questions that you may have.  Although you are not required to purchase anything to eat or drink to attend this event, but if you do, each is responsible for their own meals and drinks. Please make a "Will Attend" log so that we can get a headcount for the host and restaurant so they can prepare to accommodate our group. After attending make sure you log in "Attended" log, to get credit for this as a find. This will be a informal  event. Everyone is welcome to come and visit with other cachers of the area and put some faces to names we see in the logs. If you are a new to geocaching, please come and ask questions. If you are a veteran, please come and share your experiences. This will be an enjoyable event, talking caching, trading travel bugs or coins, share secrets on how to find those difficult caches and discuss the possibility of having future events in Lincolnton, Georgia area. You do not have to be from the local area to attend this event, all cachers are welcome to come. Please bring along your GPS, phone and etc. This will be a good time to see what equipment others are using, and maybe get some helpful hints on how to make caching easier and more fun.
