This is a cache in a series which provides a circular walk to/from Ickwell Green using council-registered permissive paths as well as a public bridleway and road/tracks. There is a small amount of road walking but on a very straight section. The circuit overlaps for a short stretch with another of our series: The Three Greens Walk.
This particular cache is on the permissive path that links the former public entrance of the Shuttleworth estate to Ickwell's Sheep Walk. At points on the permissive path you can follow from one yellow post to the next but at other points you will have to use your common sense to find the route. There is a waypoint at N52 05.560 W000 19.044 where the permissive path joins the Sheep Walk.
