Geocache Description:

Welcome to a new Open Space park in Clear Creek County. I was surprised to see that there were no caches in this new park. The ranch was purchased two years ago from a private individual and at least one cabin will be used by CSU Extension.

Near this cache you will find some stump stools in a circle, as if they were used to tell stories in a group. How did we record history before we understood writing? In most cultures, the only way we remembered the past was through passing on stories word-of-mouth from one generation to another. These stories teach us lessons, give us history, and help us remember where our traditions come from,  you must tell every story just as heard or it loses its meaning.

Be sure to walk the loop around the lake and over the two foot bridges.

Small PB. Trade even or trade up. Replace as found. BYOP.
