A few of us east county geocachers get together on Tuesday night in Santee and surrounding cities to eat, drink and be merry...ha! Here is the 89th in the series close to one of our watering holes and/or get-togethers.
Tecate Tuesday 89 Wherigo Cache
The cache is not at the posted coordinates; but you can begin your search from anywhere in the world!
This Wherigo converts your player into a virtual version of a "Reverse Cache Box" which tells you the distance to the cache, but not the direction. You must use your Smartphone or Wherigo compatible GPS device to navigate to the cache.
The cartridge is available to download from wherigo.com
(acknowledgement: -Waldmeister-'s First Reverse Cache was the original for this type of Wherigo)
In order to find this cache, you must query your Reverse Cache Box which will give you the distance to the final location, but not the direction. All instructions and necessary information needed to complete the cartridge are contained within it. The cartridge is multilingual.
To begin, you will have to type these codes into your player:
098362
369611
479661
It is suggested that you take the codes with you on your journey; they will be needed if it becomes necessary to restart your player for any reason.
When you have reached the cache location, you will be given statistics on your quest along with a personal pass-code which you can use to create your own Reverse Wherigo, should you so desire.
In order to maintain the fun for other cachers, please do not include blatant hints in your log or post photos that would give away the final location.
