This cache was placed in honor of my dear friend Sparkey916 whose geo-name was inspired by the great Clark Griswold from the vacation movies. His wife always used to call him Sparkey as she looked at him adoringly. Hense (Oh Sparkey!)
I am reminded by him that we did meet years before but I'm gonna say we officially met in May of 2021 when I visited his amazing series of Monty Python caches in Laguna just west of me. I encourage you to check out the entire series of 8 themed caches ending at the grand finale ( RUN AWAY!!! GC95268)
Right at the start we understood eachother.....and by that I mean our humor meshed and a geo-bromance was born. In order to stay sane amidst today's world and our work and homelife schedules we were able to talk geocaching often and go caching together to break up the monotony. It really was a lifesaver for me. There is nothing like a good laugh to bring you out of the dulldrums.
