Geocache Description:

How many caches in a mile?

Yes, Smuts avenue in Lyttleton from south to north is exactly 1 mile! That means we can place a trail of 10 caches here!

This is the second one starting from the south.

We assume the street gets it name from Field Marshal Jan Christian Smuts.

Quick fact #2:

Jan Smuts was the second prime minister of the Union of South Africa and served from 3 September 1919 to 30 June 1924.

If you want to read up more about him, you can find it on wiki

Just a request:
Beeste has never, and will never, cached on a Sunday.
Please consider this and rather find it on one of the other weekdays, there are 6 of them!

Enjoy it, it should not be that difficult.

Please put it back exactly as you found it!
