Blackburn lake is a great place to explore for a nice walk or jog. It is very popular, especially the lake circuit and close playground for picnics or even caching events! After heavy rain I have seen the water over the top of the seats at the duck viewing areas.
The area around the lake is delicate and the cache has been placed with that in mind. It is only a few meters of the muggle tracks and there is no need to bash through any bushland.
The cache guardian is something I purchased a while back - he may seem familiar to some as you may have spotted him or his friends when you are out shopping at the larger supermarkets.
