This cache is part of an occasional series of caches scattered in the ONF (Mostly south of SR40) featuring some historic U.S. Navy aircraft. The eighteenth featured aircraft in this series is the MH-53E Sea Dragon.
Per Wikipedia, the MH-53E Sea Dragon, built by Sikorsky Aircraft, is used for long-range minesweeping or airborne mine countermeasures missions, and to perform heavy-lift duties for the Navy. The RH-53A and RH-53D variants were used by the US Navy for minesweeping.
This cache is located along the side of a road (FR05-9.0) that will need a high clearance/4 WD vehicle for access. You could also make a short hike to the cache. This is not a P&G. Remember, this is the forest, so watch for things that might bite, sting, scratch, cut, poke or trip you.
