Tirat Carmel translated from Hebraw means "Carmel Castle"
On the Carmel slope (with a marvlous view) going down to Tirat Carmel someone tried to build such a thing!
I tired to find some info about the building but hardly nothing. some one tried to get it approved but no luck!
till then... it's abendond only to hold some grafiity and a cache.

At posted coordinates go on the path between the two streets till you reach the bottom of the stairs way point
There up the stairs until to your right you will find the first image
head in till you reach the opening
striaght on in all the way to the end and turn right
Enter the main hall
walk outside to the balcony
Down the stairs into the garden
Turn right and search along the wall
