Geocache Description:

Herring Sudoku📱

The cache is NOT at the posted coords.

This is a somewhat different Red Herring puzzle that comes with a twist. The Red Herrings are going to tell you exactly how to solve it. The rest is up to you.

Solve:

1. Start with the first image below (HS 1) and solve the Sudoku puzzle.

2. Use all 9 numbers in the first left hand column from top to bottom and enter them into Certitude with no spaces.

3. If you are correct, you will get a key to translate your results.

4. Use the key, print the second image (HS 4) and fill in with the translated information.

5. Now find 3 colors in this order:
Horizontal Diagonal Vertical (letters are in consecutive order)

6. That is your Certitude answer. The correct answer will give you the actual cache coords.
