Indeed, there is no telling what will happen when the Evil Twins (aka the ETs) are left unsupervised. The hide here was created on the fly when the ETs were given unchecked freedom once again 😈😈 All told, we have a list containing a couple dozen cache ideas and titles that have yet to be placed, so stay tuned for more cache-searching fun!
Although it should not need to be said, all fences are placed for a reason -- to keep something in, such as livestock, or to keep something out, such as trespassers. The fences here are for your safety; there is no need to defeat their intended purpose (i.e. don't climb or cross over the fence, etc) to get this smiley.
