At one time Wellsford was the smallest incorporated city in the country but it disincorporated in 1975. It's told that one family moved so the population went from 9 to 7. Then it didn't have the 8 people it needed for city counsel, mayor and city clerk.
Wellsford started out as Dowell. It was a post office about a mile south of this location.
The cache is large enough for small swag and trackables. Bring your own pencil. This should be a fairly easy P&G.
