Holmer4Manistee: Hit the trails today with bgscrabble and cachehunter2. Was cool and rainy this morning, but quickly dried up before we started. Sun came out around the second mile, raising temperatures into the high fifties. Swallowed a few bugs. Hide more caches than bugs swallowed. I call that a good day. Looking forward to HIKE-orama 2024!!

Geocache Description:

My favorite trail is the North Country Trail (NCT). The North Country National Scenic Trail is the longest in the National Trails System, stretching 4,800 miles across eight states from North Dakota to Vermont, traversing forests and farmlands, remote terrain and nearby communities. My goal for 2022 is to hike at least 100 miles of the NCT to earn this patch.
