I am Lord Theodore Thomas Blackwood, 8th Viscount of Westminster, member of the House of Lords, Brigadier in the British army as well as an avid naturalist, adventurer, explorer, hunter, and scientist, both freelance and in the service of Her Majesty’s Royal Foundation for the Study of Curiosities and Phantasmagoria. Some have said I am the very model of a modern British gentleman. Perhaps you have heard of me. No? Well, I must say, news must not get communicated across the pond as well as I had thought.
You seem to have had your own adventures. Please, sit and join me. I do apologize for not having tea ready. I would have Deeds fetch us some if I could find his blasted bell. Alas, I left it back in my country estate, and clearly, we are not there currently.
All the same, I would love to trade tales with a fellow adventurer, especially about the happenings and curiosities in the Americas. I see. You cannot stay long? I understand. Perhaps next time you come this way, you might spin me a yarn of your experiences and I will return the pleasantry in kind. You simply must hear about the Bigfoot creature I encountered in the west and a most honorable talking fox.

As he described himself, Lord Blackwood is many things, most of all, an avid explorer just as we are. However, unlike how he described himself, he is in actuality... a sea slug, communicating telepathically with those he meets, apparently unaware of his present form in containment. He has shared knowledge of other anomalous items and places that have since been contained, including his loyal butler, Mr. Deeds, or more specifically the bell that summons him. A piece of his treasures, a TB acquired in his journeies, is available for the first person to find it.
