This is a multi cache. At the posted coordinates you will find a container with 3 words written on the outside. They are the three words needed to find the appropriate spot inside the library using the category organization system (instead of dewey decimal or library of congress). The final container is inside a public building with limited hours:

Parodia Chrysacantion, or 'Golden Powder Puff' as it is commonly known, is a small cactus that forms solitary, globular and some times columnar stems with spirally arrange dribs covered with thick golden yellow wool at the crown. Teh stems grow up to eight inches tall and up to four inches in diameter. Teh Yellowish white areolas have golden yellow spines. The yellow flowers are funnel shaped and just shy of an inch in diameter. These flowers are produced in the center of the stem atop its peak. This species does not like direct sunlight and is accustomed to regular even watering. The Golden Powder Puff cactus is native to Argentina.
The first stage at the posted coordinates are placed with permission of the City of Chubbuck; this is the stage where you will need stealth. The final stage is placed inside at the visible final coordinates. Enter the building's main room where all the books are kept and it is to your left. You do not need to disturb any staff to complete this geocache.
