It is not on the ground, but close. About a 3/4 mile hike - one way.
The floating bridge is out. But there is a trail south of the bridge that will get you to the trails on the east side of the park.

In 1985, the Township received donations of land from Carl Haussman and family. This land will be used as a natural area and wildlife area. In 2005, an additional 16.5 acres was donated again by Carl Haussman and family. Deed restrictions prohibit the development of any major park facilities at this location.
