I am creating a new series of caches to honour the 2020 Olympic Women's Soccer Championship team from Canada. Vanessa Gilles is the local hero from the team as the only member from the Ottawa area. She was an anchor at centre back and scored the winning goal during penalties during the quarter final against Brazil. Since the park renamed in her honour is so close to my home I really could not hide this cache anywhere else.
