The traditional cache Pioneers - Surrounded was placed in this cemetery on 18 December 2005 and was found 508 times over 16 years. Unfortunately, it was recently archived. I thought this location was of historical interest and should have a cache to bring people here so I decided to add my own.
From the original cache description:
This reserve is for memorials commemorating the last resting place of many Queensland Pioneers.
The reserve was established in 1914 and contains memorials from the old Paddington Cemeteries in which the first memorial was erected in January 1838.
Please remember to be respectful while wandering around the cemetery.
