氏家ゆうゆうパークは旧氏家町の町制100周年事業として、鬼怒川の河川敷を利用してつくられた公園です。
日光連山や那須連山を背景に、鬼怒川のゆったりした流れを楽しむことができます。
園内には芝生広場・ながれ・大池などが整備され、周辺には桜づつみ、勝山城跡、さくら市ミュージアム－荒井寛方記念館－などがあります。

春には毎年『桜まつり』が行なわれています。
1,560ｍの桜づつみに約500本のソメイヨシノが咲き誇ります。
夜は桜づつみがライトアップされ、幻想的な世界を醸します。
