I have been looking around our local parks, some are clean of rubbish, but someone is always dropping rubbish. This CITO is with a difference. While you are geocaching in the weeks before this event, pick up rubbish around where you find geocaches and also clean up your local park, bring a photo of your bag of rubbish, that you have discarded in a bin nearby to where you cleaned up.
We will also do a quick clean up of Como Pleasure Grounds on the day, then get a coffee nearby to have a chat.
Season 1 of Cache in Trash Out® began March 1 and concludes May 31. If you haven’t earned the Season 1 souvenir yet, no sweat! Be sure to attend an CITO event before May 31.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE
BBQ, Toilets, enclosed swimming pool, tables if we are quick enough

What for: CITO, chat and coffee (at your expense)
Facilities include: toilet, BBQ, enclosed swimming pool.
Parking: Free parking is available.
Public Transport: Take the train to Como Station and walk 10 minutes.
WHAT YOU MAY WANT TO BRING:
- A bottle of water
- Gloves to pick up rubbish
- Suitable clothing for the weather.
- Your GPS or phone – so you can find us and any caches in the area that you haven’t found yet.
- Trackables for discovering and/or swapping.

In case of inclement weather, we’ll post a note on the cache page. The event will NOT be cancelled. There should be enough cover available
