You must complete the "Joe Loves His Bells" adventure lab to get information to locate this cache... Read the final note of AL & remember the instructions for when you arrive here... it will tell you where to go, to start your short journey to your smiley...
Upon arrival at coordinates at end of adventure lab... follow instructions from AL, then look across the road you will see a very familiar long cache hiding object... Bear left and follow it to the end, approx. 330 ft, where you can sign log for your smiley...
