I started geocaching in 2012 just in time to cache the trail when it first came out. I have since done it when it has been re-released, and now have the opportunity to set some out on the trail. It is a very nice walk butI remember all the bugs and poison ivy so I concentrated on it in winter months after cachers had made a path to the cache. When hiding I did my best to stay away from poison ivy, and if you see briars, there is a way around them, the cache is not there. Have fun and do not forget to write down any words you may see on the cache lids.
I believe this is in right of way, but probably farthest off trail of any of my hides.
