I was surprised this trail was available. Maybe it's cause of the Cougar in area sign. I got chased by a Bobcat when I was a youngster so I have a healthy respect for felines. Domestic cats are weird so I can just imagine the action of a wild cat. Would not recommend looking for this at nite. I read about a lady on Vancouver Island that scared one away by playing Metallica. I know their music scares me.
