Geocache Description:

CACHE INFO BELOW

This cache will bring you to a small observation deck with a amazing view. From the deck you have a wide open view looking both north and south down the intercoastal where you can see plenty of boats and wildlife from. Below the deck you can find some really cool coqunia rock formations with tons of little tide pools. If you plan to walk on them, make sure to not slip, watch out for oncoming wakes from passing boats, and please do not do anything to harm these beautiful rocks! They might not be entirely visable depending on the tide but everytime i've gone here, i've seen them. Some people use this observation deck and the area surrounding it for fishing. If you see someone directly near the cache zone, I suggest coming back at a later time and looking for the cache just for the simple fact of muggles, 90% of the time you'll have this spot all to yourself though so no need to fret.

Other than that, this park has a lot to offer. The boat ramp which is just on the other side of the parking lot is the most popular and biggest boat ramp around and one of the very few places to put in boats locally. This park fills up on the weekends with boaters of all ages! There's also a medium sized playground on the other side of the boat ramp along with restrooms, a pavilion with plenty of picnic tables, and a decently sized fishing pier.

Now back to the cache.

You are looking for a small lock'n'lock container which is clearly marked with geocaching labels.

Some might count the terrain as higher and not a 1.5 but I based it off of what each terrian rating means, i'll change it in the future if it seems misleading.

No need to crawl on hands and knees to retrieve the cache.

Please make sure to watch out for broken glass around this location. I think some of the fisherman here like to break beer bottles on the rocks.

If you go on the rocks,  please be very careful to not slip. Also make sure to not damage the rocks so more people can enjoy them too.

Please be sure to place the cache in the exact spot you found it once you're all done, nice and safe.

If you can, pick up any trash you can and dispose of it easily in the parking lot trashcan.

Congratulations to "Kellyandellie" for being the FTF on 6/9/2022!!!

This is the first geocache i've placed since I started geocaching all the way back in 2007-2008 as a kid. Since then i've only recently got back into geocaching with the exception of finding a cache or two here and there over the years. Palm coast is nice place to live but can sometimes feel lacking in things for a 18yr old to do, that's exactly how I got back into geocaching. Since then i've explored tons of cool parks and places around me that I previously never knew existed and have even introduced multiple friends to geocaching. I'm truly enjoying and having so much fun getting back into geocaching so I wanted to place a cache of my own, with hopefully many more to come! I hope this cache brings you as much joy as I had making it. :)
