It's been said that there's nothing like being on Broad St. at 5PM on a weekday!!!!! Always tell yourself to time your path so as to avoid the area on any given weekday afternoon.
Hopefully you were not on Broad St. at 5PM. Park in the corner and walk down the path and to the left to look for a 4" item on a low hanging pine branch.
