We thought it would be nice to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with an outside event in the Isle of Wight. Please come along and join us for a picnic lunch and a chance to chat. Cake will be provided along with sausages and French bread, but please bring your own drink and glasses. Keeping with the red, white and blue theme you might like to wear something in a combination of any of these colours, although of course this is optional. Let's hope for good weather, but if not, we will have a gazebo to provide some shelter. Everyone is welcome so if you are new to caching, or would like to try an event for the first time, please join us at Yaverland to celebrate this historic occasion. If all goes well and anyone is able to stay longer, or cannot join us until later, we'll still be there.
Once on site, follow the road round from the entrance until you can go no further and reach the car park. We will be on the grass adjoining the field.
