If you are so inclined, I could use your help, solving a bit of a mystery.
While paddling down the Econlockhatchee, with some old, fat, crippled dude in a smelly hat, I was cleaning up trash, and I found an envelope, with a partially redacted letter, inside. Here's a copy:
Naturally, we went to those coordinates, and we found something rather bizarre. I'm assuming the NSA and CIA are tracking me now, so I must refrain from describing what we found. The conundrum is that we were not really sure what to do with this discovery. We looked all around, but could not locate any collection device. Since neither of us are the sharpest crayons in the box, It's likely we missed something obvious, at the posted coordinates.
Maybe you could find it?
