Shelton Lakes Greenway Trail System comprises more than 450 areas preserved for such activities as hiking and fishing in the area between downtown Shelton and Huntington Center. This area is Public Open space. A map and description are located at the various trailheads and the web site listed below. The trail is well marked and not difficult to traverse.
There are a few trailheads you can choose from so I'll leave that up to you.
