In a very strange occurrence, while working on ideas for this puzzle, I was transported back in time to November 25, 1731. I surmised that there must be a cosmic reason for this and began asking around for help for ideas for my puzzle cache. I came upon a gentleman who referred to himself as LennyE (his rap name presumably). He told me about a letter he was busy writing which was about a very important mathematical constant that he felt would change the world of mathematics. I asked if maybe there was a way to use his constant to encode the coordinates for the cache I had been working on. He scratched his head and scribbled on parchment for quite some time and said, "I think I have something for you". He said, "I used one method to encode the North coordinates and a different method for the West Coordinates. If you search long enough, then the North coordinates can be found at 4581882. If you use 16.0715496 in a powerful way then you can get the West coordinates". I puzzled a while with his numbers and I figured out what he did (thank goodness Google and the calculator still worked on my cell phone) . "This is perfect", I told him, "Thanks for your help". Suddenly I was transported back to the present day and was able to publish this puzzle.
