This little known sanctuary is home to plenty of wildflowers. They range from the leopard orchid, brachycome, everlastings, greviileas and of course the icon wattle. They can be found amongst the red ironbark and grey box trees, as will as the impresssive grass trees. Obviously to see them in all their glory, spring is the time to visit.
You can drive to within a few metres of the cache, but will require at least a high clearance vehicle, as the track in is a little rough at the beginning. You can park at the Parking waypoint and enjoy a short stroll in.
Beware of wriggly sticks, loose rocks and other dangers associated with the Australian bushland.
