Gerald Giraffe is a postal worker. He normally deliveries mail around the Clare council area only on weekdays but recently there has been an extra volume of parcels coming that need to be delivered and he has to work 1/2 a day on the weekend as well. Gerald Giraffe isn't really happy about the extra work, he was hoping to join his friends the minions watching the geocachers play the JLWE game. Gerald Giraffe was delivering his last parcel when he spotted a JLWE temp game piece ( number 84 - a lump of concrete ) on the ground. This gave him a idea. He climbed the tree and made sure he had a 50 meter view down either side of the road. This is where he was going to be on game day, a birds eye view of all the fun. The parcel is just going to get delivered late. Gerald Giraffe hopes that the cachers don't have tunnel vision on game day and look up, he would love you to stamp his logsheet but is more than happy to see you at a later date.
