Der Rossbrand ist ein 1770m hoher Berg und liegt nördlich von Radstadt und südlich von Filzmoos.
Erreichbar ist der Gipfel im Sommer einfach über eine Panoramastraße per Fahrrad aber auch bequem mit dem Bus (wenn's unbedingt sein muss auch mit dem Cachemobil). Es führen aber auch sehr viele Wanderwege von allen Seiten hier herauf.
Das Panorama sucht seinesgleichen - von den Gesäusebergen im Osten, dem Dachsteinmaßiv und Gosaukamm mit der prominenten Bischofsmütze im Norden, bis zum Hochkönig und Großglockner im Westen.
Falls die Entscheidung noch schwer fällt, zum Guster holen (im Hochdeutschen "Appetit anregen") einfach mal einen Blick auf die Webcam werfen. Nicht umsonst wird dieser Berg als der schönste Aussichtsberg in Salzburg genannt.

The Rossbrand is a 1770m high mountain and is located north of Radstadt and south of Filzmoos.
The summit is easily accessible in summer via a panoramic road by bike but also comfortably by bus (if absolutely necessary also by car). But there are also many hiking trails leading up here from all sides.
The panorama is fantastic: from the Gesäuse in the east, the Dachsteinmaßiv and Gosaukamm with the prominent Bischofsmütze in the north, to Hochkönig and Großglockner in the west.
