Situated in Mackenzie Heights, Balaclava Park is favourite hangout for local families, kids, sports teams, and dogs. One of its most popular attractions is its dirt running track, which kids also like to use to race their bikes around. It's a quiet corner of a quiet neighbourhood, though the name Balaclava Park itself derives from the famous battle in the Crimean War, where the Light Brigade made its charge.
