Welcome to Pocras Park. Richard E Pocras was the vice president of the Lincoln News Agency and had a B.S. and M.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His wife, Barbara Kaplan, established a scholarship fund at the University of Nebraska College of Business Administration and this park in his memory and honor.
