Geocache Description:

Welcome to the new Worthington Train Observation Park.  This newly created park has an old Baltimore & Ohio caboose built in 1922 which was donated by the Harper-Hayes family of Upper Arlington.  B&O caboose C1411, (long lettered as C1114 to match the street address of 1114 Highland Drive where is has been kept since the 1960's was recently moved to this location.   The city of Worthington and the Worthington Parks & Recreation Department will partner with the Worthington AM Rotary Club and the Central Ohio Model Railroad Club on the park project.  The park is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2022 with a ribbon cutting ceremony to dedicate the park soon after.  Along with Marion's Union Station and Fostoria's Railpark, this is the first true train watching venue in the Columbus area.

CACHE IS NOT LOCATED NEAR ANY RAILROAD TRACKS AND IS LOCATED WITHIN THE FENCED IN AREA OF THE CABOOSE!  DO NOT SEARCH NEAR ANY TRACKS!  The cache is NOT located on the caboose!
