Cache is located at an unofficial tourist attraction. People from miles around use the Paint Can as a reference point along Interstate 81. Ask any local and they can tell you exactly where the Paint Can is and about how far away it is.
I recieved permission to place a cache here. As with all caches, please respect the area. Please find the cache during daylight hours. You should approach the cache by walking on the GRASS. Mount Rock Road can be a busy road. You can not access it from the interstate. Use judgement when approaching the cache.
