Rome is an area undergoing booming growth in recent years. Homes and businesses being built. Long familiar establishments changing names and owners. Forests being cleared for roads and buildings. People not living in the area full time sometimes do not recognize their neighborhood when they return.
With all this work, it is not unusual for ancient artifacts to be found. Recently, and very surprisingly, a relic seeming to come from ancient Rome itself has been discovered not far for the posted coordinates for this cache. While we know much about ancient Rome thanks to discoveries in Italy and what was once the Roman Empire, this discovery is shaking what we know about Rome to its core because it has introduced more about the science of Rome than what was known in the past.
While it is only a fragment of what must have been some sort of scientific report, we have learned that in the year 4967 BM, there once was a circular-ish shaped structure measuring 12 zygo, 28 zorch, 28.32775 quircits by 24 zygo, 94 zorch, 95.175 quircits. At least that is the best guess our modern researchers have for what it looked like.
Unfortunately, that’s it. No trace of the structure itself has been found. There is nothing else on the fragment to indicate what material was used in its construction, its use, or how the ancient Romans managed to build a structure in an area that one day was also named Rome.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
