The cache is not at the posted coordinates. This is a letterbox hybrid. Follow the below directions to find the cache. This letterbox should be less than a 20 minute walk roundtrip, although you may want to stay longer to explore this local gem.
At the posted coordinates, look around for a nice place to sit. Once you see one, walk towards it and take a nice long rest, enjoying the trees.
While sitting, be sure to examine the walkways around you-- there should be a few. Once you feel fully rested, take the only pathway that slopes downward.
As you walk downhill, the path will gently curve, first to the right, and then to the left, until you come to an intersection.
Look both ways at the intersection. One direction will have large rocks that are propping up the path. Take the opposite direction of the large rocks.
You will see some lovely oak and maple trees here, and after about 50 steps, you will come to a grassy clearing.
Head across the clearing. Near the end, you will see a 'sign' that you are on the right track, but you won't be able to read it without leaving the trail. Instead of heeding this omen, stay on the trail and walk another 60-65 steps.
At this point, in the woods to your left there will be live tree that has a dead stump connected to the side of it. Look there for your treasure. If the path takes you to a downed tree that splits into three, you've gone too far.
