Budynek szkoły w Nowym Troszynie stanowi przykład coraz rzadziej spotykanej na Mazowszu architektury drewnianej związanej z osadnictwem na prawie holenderskim, które na tym obszarze rozwijało się od 1 poł. XVII w. po lata 40. XX w. Posiada wszystkie charakterystyczne cechy mieszkalnego budownictwa „olęderskiego” regionu Mazowsza (pod względem wykorzystania i obróbki materiału oraz techniki wykonania), jak również dydaktycznej funkcji przypisanej obiektowi oraz posadowienia na działce i lokalizacji w terenie.
Spośród zachowanych we wsi przykładów architektury jest wyróżniającym się obiektem powstałym ok. 1900 r. Nie jest on pierwszym obiektem pełniącym tę funkcję we wsi, ponieważ już w 1798 r. w osadzie powstała niemiecko-ewangelicka szkoła początkowa, do której uczęszczało 37 uczniów. Prawdopodobnie pierwsza szkoła usytuowana była na miejscu obecnej a uległa zniszczeniu na skutek powodzi. Dawna szkoła w Nowym Troszynie swoją funkcję spełniała jeszcze w okresie powojennym, w ostatnich dekadach XX w. nie była użytkowana, a w chwili obecnej stanowi miejsce spotkań miejscowej społeczności.

The school building in Nowy Troszyn is an exampl of wooden architecture associated with settlement under the Dutch law, which is less and less common in Mazovia. This type of settlement developed in this area from the first half of the 17th century to the 1940s. Bulding has all the characteristic features of the "Olęder" residential buildings of the Mazovia region (in terms of the use and processing of materials and the technique of execution), as well as the didactic function assigned to the object and its foundation on the plot and location in the field.
Among the examples of architecture preserved in the village, it is a distinctive building built around 1900. It is not the first building to perform this function in the village, as already in 1798 a German-Evangelical elementary school was established in the settlement, attended by 37 students. Probably the first school was situated on the site of the present one and it was destroyed by the flood. The former school in Nowy Troszyn still fulfilled its function in the post-war period, it was not used in the last decades of the 20th century, and at present it is a meeting place for the local community.
