La batisse abrite un bureau touristique de la ville de Baie-comeau, le club Nautique, une salle de réception/exhibition et un restaurant. Vous verrez un jardin spécial derrière le bâtiment, et quelques chaises pour voir la mer.
The building is designed to be a welcome spot and provide information from our visitors from the cruise ships. The cache is designed to be a quick find for any geocachers coming in to visit us from the ships. You will see a special garden behind the buiding. and a couple of lawn chairs for viewing the sea.
