This will be my last night on the Island (after 3 days here from Calgary, AB) so I thought I would schedule of farewell event of sorts. I tried to find a fairly obvious place to meet. If I've done this correctly, this event should be taking place at the William Henry Pope statue in the Peakes Quay Marina.
Everyone is welcome. Hopefully I get the oppportunity to meet some of the local cachers but all cachers from all distances are welcome. The more the merrier. I'd love the chance to meet and personally thank a few of owners of the caches I've found over the past few days but I'll be happy if we all just share stories about our caching adventures and travels. Who knows? Maybe some of us have even met before. Did any of you go to the GeoWoodstock Giga in Abbotsford, BC or the 20th Anniversary Celebration in Seattle last month?
If anyone has any TBs that need to move West, please feel free to bring them along, taking in consideration my suitcase size and weight restrictions. I don't want to be carrying any spare tires, fridge doors, toilet seats or any other unusual objects that I have to explain to security at the airport...
