My son (Tony) was in 2nd grade when we adopted Scooter back in the fall of 2004. He was very mischievous at first, but he eventually turned into the best cat we could ever ask for. Tony nicknamed him “ScootScoot” and they had a very strong bond. Scooter was there through elementary school, middle school, high school and 5 years of college. That is a very long time! Scooter’s time on earth came to an end on May 13, 2020. We miss him very much and he will always hold a special place in our hearts.
ScootScoot – this Purrate cache is for you! Due to tree clearing, I had to archive the first "ScootScoot" cache along Piper Road and this is the do-over. The cache is placed along the Moraine Ridge Trail with parking on the side of the road. There may be some bushwacking at the final depending on how you approach. The final is an ammo can with lots of treasure and SWAG. The original log book is included, but I started a fresh page for the FTF for 2022. Be sure to check the attributes before you venture out. Please be sure the cache is covered back up with bark. There is a prize for the FTF! Enjoy.
