There is a barrier to accessing the cache. Rapid Creek. You see, the cache is on the other side of the creek. That in itself wouldn't be such a problem, as you might be able to walk from some point up or down stream. Theproblem with that, you can not reach the cache location via a land route without crossing private property. So, a creek crossing is in order.

The terrain rating is somewhat seasonal. At times it could be easier to reach the cache site.
