This is a bonus cache for which the coorninates can be found by doing the adventure lab series of caches.
Each of the 'labs' have a piece of information which will help you find the cache.
The cache itself is within half a mile of the location given and the lady who owns the land just over the wall knows its there.
The cache is not hidden in the wall so do not remove any.
