This cache was placed by the attendees of the Fall 2022 CITO event, starting a tradition of leaving a new cache for every CITO event held in Wichita Falls. This is a sister cache to another nearby cache that requires a TOTT to retrieve the cache for signing the log. Have fun and good luck with this challenging hide.
