Off a trail. There are a couple of ditches to cross. One has a railroad tie for a bridge and another has a fallen tree. You can go down a few feet to an easy crossing.
Cache is in a small ammo can with a Geocaching label. Contents include:

Snap clip/carabiner thingy
There is an $8.00/day parking fee but you should be able to snag several caches in this park.
